Vietnamese-Style Noodle Bowls and Summer Rolls
We'll make rice noodles or veggie noodles w/ easy sauces into summer meals. There'll be options to use leafy greens in place of rice paper!

Summer Air Fryer Recipes
We'll make DIY no-oil frozen fries, roasted garlic, Crunchy Ranch Chickpeas, Summer by the Beach Vegetable Patties, Vegan Tartar Sauce, and Carrot Cake in a Mug!

Vegan Sushi and Onigiri Class 1
We'll make nori rolls filled with sushi rice or a quinoa-grain blend. There will be onigiri (rice balls) for the nori haters too!

Vegan Sushi Class 2
In this class, we will build on what we learned in sushi class 1. We will make a whole grain base grain seasoned with a little sweetener of your choice and make even more all-new fillings!

Chilled Plant-Based Soups
In this class, we'll make Pineapple Yellow Gazpacho, Vegan Cold Cucumber Yogurt Dill Soup, Bhilled Butter-Soymilk Borscht, Thai Gazpacho, and White Nectarine Basil Butter-Soymilk Soup.
